The Easiest Way

All issues can be sent via email to support@callyourfuture.com. Please include:

  • Problem description and reproduction steps (for prediction failures, please attach run_code or screenshots)
  • Associated account email or order number
  • Preferred contact method (if phone/WeChat is needed, please specify)

The button will first copy the email address; if you have a local email client configured, you can also open it manually after copying.

Check These First

Your question may already have an answer. Please check:

  • Check if you have enough credits remaining in your Account
  • Check if the already has a relevant explanationFAQ
  • Check if you can re-initiate the prediction or find the run_code in history
Orders & Refunds

For billing issues, send to support@callyourfuture.com and include:

  • Payment screenshot or order number
  • Desired resolution (e.g., refund, credit adjustment)

I will first verify the Creem/Stripe transaction records, then notify you of the resolution via email.

Privacy & Data Requests

To export or delete data, or to sign a data processing agreement, please send to support@callyourfuture.com with "Data Request" in the subject line.

This will also copy the email address first; if you don't have an email client installed, you can paste it directly into your browser email or common email app.
