CallYourFuture (hereinafter "we") is committed to protecting users' personal information and privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your data when providing prediction, credit deduction, subscription, and support services, as well as your rights under applicable laws.
What Information We Collect
- Account information: such as nickname, avatar, email, phone number (if any), or third-party login identifiers.
- Order and credit data: order numbers, payment records, products/plans, amounts, currencies, order statuses, and credit_ledger deduction flows and run_code relationships.
- Prediction and content data: your submitted birth charts, intentions, questions, assignments, nine palace results, factpacks, and LLM-generated conclusions (including llm_view and human_view) and run_code idempotency keys.
- Usage data: access logs, device and browser information, IP, cookies/local storage identifiers, feature clicks, and performance metrics.
- Customer service and support information: inquiries, feedback, and attachments you provide through Help Desk, email, or tickets.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve CallYourFuture's core services, including nine palace interpretation generation, credit transactions, subscription renewals, audit reconciliation, and content evaluation.
- To perform risk control, fraud detection, performance monitoring, and debugging, ensuring run_code idempotency, transaction consistency, and secure database writes.
- To send you service-related notifications, such as credit deduction results, renewal reminders, policy updates, or important security alerts.
- With your consent, for marketing or research activities; you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Information Sharing & Third Parties
- Payment and billing partners: such as Creem or Stripe, used to process payments, subscriptions, and refunds. Third parties may independently verify identity information based on regulations.
- Infrastructure and operations: such as Supabase/Postgres, log monitoring, and email services, which access necessary data only to fulfill hosting, monitoring, or notification duties, using minimal permissions and RLS controls.
- Legal and compliance: when required by laws, judicial procedures, or government agencies, we may disclose necessary information to fulfill obligations or protect user and platform security.
- Asset transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, we will require the receiving party to continue to be bound by this policy or to re-obtain your consent.
Cookies & Local Storage
- Used to maintain login status, identify prediction sessions associated with run_code, and remember language and interface preferences.
- Used for anonymized site statistics, performance monitoring, and debugging, helping us track failure rates, latency, and rollback situations.
- You can disable cookies in your browser, but login, prediction, or billing query functions may be affected.
Data Retention & Deletion
- Prediction and credit records (result_conclusions, credit_ledger): To meet audit and compliance requirements, typically retained for at least 3-7 years; after reverse_credit, the original records and rollback markers are retained.
- Order and payment records (orders, order_entitlements): Comply with tax and financial regulatory retention requirements, generally no less than 5 years.
- Operation logs and monitoring data: Retained for 90-365 days based on business needs, used to locate anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
