Before using CallYourFuture services, please read and understand these Terms of Service carefully. Continued access or use of this service indicates your acceptance and agreement to be bound by them.
Acceptance of Terms
- Registering, logging in, or using CallYourFuture services indicates your agreement to these terms and subsequent updates; if you disagree, please stop using immediately.
- If representing an organization or team, you confirm that you have obtained necessary authorization and are responsible for the use behavior of team members.
Account & Security
- Please keep your login credentials and multi-factor authentication information safe. Do not share, transfer, or sell your account without authorization.
- If you discover abnormal activity, please contact us promptly via support@callyourfuture.com; losses resulting from improper account management are your responsibility.
Service Content & License
- We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only; related intellectual property rights belong to CallYourFuture or authorized parties.
- Service content includes nine palace predictions, factpack generation, conclusion writing, credit transactions, order and subscription management, etc.
- Copying, public publishing, bulk scraping, commercial resale, or creating competitive services without permission is prohibited.
Billing & Credit Deduction
- We currently only offer a "pay-per-use" model. Each checkout purchase is for one reading credit, with prices and taxes as shown on the payment page.
- The frontend generates a unique run_code for each request and passes it through the flow. Credits are only deducted after the conclusion is successfully stored in the database and the consume_one_credit transaction is committed, with billing flows linked back to result_conclusions.
- If network fluctuations cause duplicate clicks, always reuse the same run_code; the system will reject duplicate deductions based on idempotency logic. If there are still anomalies, please contact customer service with the order number and run_code for assistance.
Refunds & Support
- Once purchased, credits are considered to have begun fulfillment. We do not offer proactive cash refunds; consumed credits will not be returned.
- If a reading fails to complete due to system failures, model non-response, or other reasons, please submit the order number and run_code through customer service within 7 days. After verification, we will arrange a rerun or restore equivalent credits.
- If a user initiates a chargeback directly with their card issuer, we will cooperate with Creem's process for investigation and refund, and may suspend the related account to protect platform security; if there are disputes or special circumstances, please contact customer service first.
Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
- Using this service to engage in illegal, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, pornographic, violent, or other inappropriate content dissemination is prohibited.
- Bypassing credit deduction mechanisms, bulk calling APIs, reverse engineering, injecting malicious code, or unauthorized access to databases, factpacks, llm_view, or other internal structures is prohibited.
- Submitting sensitive personal data or medical records that do not belong to you is prohibited; health advice is for reference only and does not replace medical diagnosis and treatment.
- Upon discovering abnormalities or violations, we have the right to take rate limiting, suspension, or termination of services, and reserve the right to pursue liability.
Third-Party Services
- Third parties integrated into this service (such as Creem/Stripe payments, Supabase data storage, log monitoring, and email services) are each subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You must comply with relevant requirements; we do not guarantee third-party services or content.
Disclaimer
- CallYourFuture's interpretations and recommendations are based on model and historical corpus inferences, for reference only, and do not constitute medical, legal, investment, or financial professional advice.
- We strive to maintain service stability but do not guarantee absolute accuracy, continuous availability, or complete suitability for your specific needs. We disclaim liability to the extent permitted by law for losses caused by force majeure, communication failures, hacker attacks, third-party service interruptions, etc.
Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- In any case, our total liability for direct losses is capped at the total fees you actually paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification
- If claims arise from your violation of these terms or infringement of third-party rights, you agree to defend and bear all losses (including reasonable attorney fees) for us and our affiliates, employees, and partners.
Termination & Suspension
- If you seriously violate the terms, endanger system security, or infringe on others' rights, we may suspend or terminate all or part of the services and reserve the right to delete or block related content.
- You can request account deletion at any time through account settings or customer service; after deletion, we will still retain order, credit, and audit records as required by law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
- If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to a people's court with jurisdiction at our registered location.
Term Updates
- We may update these terms due to business or legal changes. Major changes will be communicated through on-site notifications, email, or pop-ups, and the "Last Updated" date will be updated.
- Your continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updates; if you disagree, please stop using and contact the support team.
